A SHELTERPOD is a one person emergency, portable, movable "sleeping unit" that is pushed by hand or pulled by bicycle. It will also be a two-sided, changeable advertising vehicle with mini-billboards which can be used for direct income to homeless people and organizations (paid for advertising by monthly sponsors). City and state governments, disaster relief and non-profit organizations and churches can joint venture and co-sponsor building and deployment with the private sector.
