Investor Preview

We are experienced franchisors building an exciting new Webcasting Studios and Digital "Mini-Theater" franchise which will ultimately have over 1,000 on-the-street locations (in 6 to 10 years). Net-Theaters will be a totally new venue for larger screen exhibition of web sites (business development presentations), daily seminars and also direct-from-the-producer digital entertainment. Net-Theaters will also be a totally new international distribution network for Digital Cinema (to compete with existing large movie house chains) and will have coffee/cafes inside.

Broadband services, localized caching services, digital video production, global webcasting, partnership matching and diverse ongoing seminars and educational programs will also be offered...both on and off the Net. Most locations will be independently owned and master [multi-unit) franchises will be offered to qualified regional/master franchise investors.

Our "clicks n' bricks" model will also allow us to be a direct source of local investors which will enable our franchisees to broker venture financing plans, sell business opportunites (and other franchises) and also to develop several new unique localized business opportunities of our own.
