Interim President & CEO - Richard Pawlowski

Richard is founder of VenturEXPO.com and past CEO of Financial Video Network (FVN), a producer of inter-active financial education. He will become interim CO-CEO for the first phase. Richard cofounded a national real estate franchise that did over $300 million in less than two years, has developed commercial and residential properties and has a degree in Architectural Engineering and Real Estate from Los Angeles Harbor College. He has attended USC, UCLA and El Camino College for additional courses in software design, multimedia, video production, broadcasting, computer networking, real estate, economics, syndication, investment analysis, financing, business law and public relations. He has also completed the Executive Entrepreneur Program (accelerated MBA) at Pepperdine University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Richard will focus on real estate acquisition issues, strategic partnerships, regional (master) franchise sales and government compliance.

HUMAN RESOURCES - Jerry Wilkerson -

Jerry specializes in executive staffing within the franchising industry. He was responsible for the initial staffing of the Blockbuster Video sales division and has clients that include McDonalds, Century 21, Boston Chicken, Marriott, Pizza Hut and many more. He is former Executive Vice President and Director of the International Franchise Association (IFA) in Washington, D.C. He has served as Director of Public Affairs for IFA and knows most of the successful franchise executives through his 20 years of experience. He will assist the company in sales staffing and ongoing management recruiting.

- Franchising - Gerald Davey - will act as franchise attorney for the VenturEXPO.com. Gerald Davey has a wide background in franchising and was franchise legal counsel for Coldwell banker, Century 21 (Cendant), General Business Systems, Taco bell, Fantastic Sams and several others. He will also head up coordination with other attorneys, accountants and sales managers.
